Online Advertising

We use third-party advertising companies to keep you aware of what we’re up to and to help you find our products. Retention period

We will retain your personal information with us for 90 days to 2 years after users terminate their accounts or for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as detailed in this Privacy Policy. We may need to retain certain information for longer periods such as record-keeping / reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.

Data is deleted after a retention period has elapsed or by your request.

We provide unlimited access to the customer account and the student’s account on the learning platform, subject to regular activity. We delete automatically personal data from our system after 2 years since the last customer/student activity.

Security

We take your online security very seriously. You need to have peace of mind that you are transacting with a legitimate and secure site before you buy. We follow strict security procedures to protect the information you give us and to prevent unauthorised access or unlawful processing of your personal information.

When you create an account with us, you will be asked to choose a password, please keep this confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you forget your password, will send you a secure link to enable you to do this yourself.

When you send us your personal information, the link between your gadget and our server is encrypted using industry standard methods – usually referred to as SSL (128 bit encryption).

We do not store credit/debit card details. Payment pages are hosted by WayForPay and card details are encrypted before being stored as a secure token. The communication between our websites and WayForPay is secured with encryption and digital certificate PCI DSS level 1.

Your rights
